Sparkle & Shine cards

A couple of cards that I made, yesterday, at my November All-Day crop...forgot to add these two cuties to last night's post.  Both were made w/ the Sparkle & Shine paper line....which, by the way, is only available for another 45 days (while supplies last).

Not crazy about this one w/ the branch...you win some, you lose some...

But, then this little guy just kind of came to me....a couple of scraps, one stamp and it's just darling.  Plus, it would be a good one to mass produce!  You know what I mean?  There just aren't enough hours in the day for all of our Christmas cards to be works of art.  Plus, most of them are going to hit the garbage or (with any luck) the recycling bin in a few weeks anyway.

Frosted Frame & Cards

One would think that I would have had ENOUGH, ALREADY of the Frosted paper line...but, nope!  I am still lovin' it...

Actually for this 'count down to Christmas frame' I mixed Frosted with the new Sparkle & Shine from the Holiday collection.

If you'd like instructions on how to make one of the 'countdown to Christmas' frames...check out this post from last year:

This card was made with the Sparkle & Shine Washi tape collection...love that stuff!

Winter Wonderland

Winter Wonderland...oldie but a goodie!  You know how you have those left over pieces of paper, from a paper packet or kit, that you just can't bring yourself to toss?  The ones that you love so much ... the ones you tell  yourself you'll use again at some point.  Well, today I did it...I made a goal for myself ...break out that Winter Wonderland packet and USE IT ALREADY!  And I did...yeah, me!

I made this cute little 'count down to Christmas' frame for my nieces...whom I can't wait to see in a couple of weeks, at Thanksgiving!!!!

I even made a couple of Christmas cards...and I STILL have more paper to use.  I am bound and determined to use every last scrap....Pinterest scraplifting, here I come!

Sparkle & Shine cards

We had a fabulous crop this weekend!  There is nothing better than spending some down time with a group of wonderful women...laughin' & scrappin'.  I wish I could say I got everything done that I had planned, for the weekend.  I think I had a record low on the productivity scale....BUT I still had a great time.  It's hard to be disappointed when you come home and your cheeks hurt from 48 hours of laughing!

I did, however, get a chance to work with some of the new products from the Holidays from the Heart Gift Guide.  I made the Season's Tweeting Gift Bag kit
And because I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the stamp set that came with the kit....I threw together a couple of cards.

How CUTE is this owl?!?  And that Ruby Chevron ribbon...
